Our Hollywood Home

This was our wonderful Hollywood apartment (1 bedroom and bath with a large living-dinning area with a small kitchen. We had been in Florida from Jan 07 - Oct 07 when the Mission President asked us to accept a transfer to the Hollywood area. Roger was being called to be the Branch President of a Miramar Deaf Branch. We were able to find an apartment a couple of blocks from the church which was a perfect place. Roger was needed at the building often and for long hours so it left the car free if I wanted to go to town. Hollywood was an area I felt confident getting around in and having the car allowed me to shop when I wanted. The doors were decorated by the ASL sisters in our branch and we left the hands and hearts on the door as long as we could. The furnishing of this apartment belonged to the mission and we were happy to have them.
